Each session focuses on the core for approximately 20 minutes. It's a 4-week program, and you'll repeat it 2 times to create a body line for 8 weeks! We offer a course period so that you can learn the routine in a leisurely manner.

Q. Do I need separate exercise equipment? Yes! No separate exercise equipment is required. Please prepare only a mat and water bottle for home training!
Q. I haven't done a lot of exercise, so I'm worried if I can keep up with it. We don't do intense training right from the beginning! Starting with a light warm-up exercise, you'll gradually increase the difficulty level as you park to gain momentum! Classes are organized based on years of professional trainer experience, so even beginners can follow along well, and since it's about 20 minutes of exercise per class, it won't be too difficult!
