Welcome to the world of raw food!
Raw food desserts. I call this word raw dessert (raw dessert) for short,
It's literally a raw, raw dessert.
I like coffee and desserts for dessert ♥ ︎ However, commercially available desserts include white flour, white sugar, additives, etc. Because it contains ingredients that make you sick I always liked it every time I ate it.
My body swells well and digestion is hard I became interested in “gluten free” and “low sugar” products. At the same time, I learned about vegan (vegetarian) eating habits that are easy to digest, and the world of “raw food (raw food),” where you eat the ingredients as they are, and began making raw food desserts!
Let's make delicious, pretty, and healthy desserts!
A cake made using pistachios.
Strawberry cupcakes made from almond pulp.
Cinnamon rolls made from dried bananas.
Oreo confectionary made using low-brownies.
Donuts made from oatmeal and coconut flour.
What you see isn't just pretty! The taste is similar to commercially available desserts:) The fun of embodying the taste and shape of desserts with plant-based ingredientsis another attraction of raw food desserts! with me Raw food desserts that are delicious, pretty, and healthyLet's try it out!
Mix the ingredients, knead, and harden without an oven, and you're done!
The way to make my raw food desserts is really simple. As a baking lover, this is why I can make raw food desserts sustainable!
Even though it's a dessert, it doesn't bake, doesn't heat it, and there's almost no complicated or difficult work. Simply mix, chill to harden, and press firmly with your hands to make or put in a mold, and you're done. You can make it right when you want to eat it, and it's ready in the blink of an eye, so you can have 1 dessert per day!
What kind of dessert do you like? Now enjoy it in good health!
If you follow the class video step by step, you'll feel proud to see yourself making healthy desserts with your own taste. If you're dealing with an existing recipe on YouTube Add detailed explanations such as know-how not seen in the video It's planned!

Hello-! Dallas is making a healthy dessert recipe video on YouTube that breaks the common sense of baking without using fire, sugar, flour, eggs, or dairy products.
I made my own recipes I learned in classes and books and tried them It was amazing that there was not much difference in flavor from commercially available desserts. It was also fun to create similar flavors with plant-based ingredients!
Also, since I don't use an oven or fire, the probability of failure is low, so I'm immersed in the fun of making and eating raw food desserts that suit my taste:)
