From being a glass girl to being a squat goddess


I tried various diet methods and was successful, but I always finished with Yoyo.

As the process of losing weight and gaining weight without exercise was repeated, my body became even more messed up.

A bunch of money that costs a lot of money even when you lose weight or when you gain weight again,

In the midst of this repeated process, I felt that my physical strength was limited due to marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

I had to welcome an uninvited person called a herniated disc, and I felt that it was wrong to meet health and immunity in this life.


Currently, leggings and sneakers are a part of my body in preparation for running to the center after a break.
