11th year salsa dancer

This is Sera.

Hallo I'm Sera, a salsa dancer. Living the life of an office worker a little later than other dancers It's been 11 years since I fell in love with salsa:) I currently run Sinicera Latin Rap, and I work as the director and choreographer for salsa teams called “La Reina” and “Rocconomas.”

Even with someone who has seen it for the first time

A dance you can make friends with

Salsa dance is a very attractive dance that can energize your everyday life! Salsa dance, which is enjoyed by many people as it mixes various genres of music and dance, is enjoyed with music that blends with the sounds of cheerful instruments You can feel the intense rhythm, sometimes romantic, and sometimes hilarious!

Thanks to this, the moment you perform salsa dance, you become friends with the person you see for the first time, and the excitement is easily transferred. I want to make friends with you first through this class.

From the corner of the room

Let's get started.

This class will help you start salsa dancing as quickly and confidently as possible! It consists mainly of steps and movements that can be practiced even in the corner of my room. Even if it's not a big deal, I'll help you learn the basics of salsa dance by fully learning and practicing.

Starting with the basics

Until choreography practice

You don't need any dance knowledge! In this class, you'll be able to get close to the essence of salsa dance in no time because you'll learn everything from the very basic basics to the application, and even the details of the staff and movements that are the core movements of salsa. last If you express yourself through choreography using various techniques, you'll find the next step after salsa dancing.

My body's health

Time to find Zen

Because salsa dance contains a lot of isolation (the technique of moving one part of the body in part) that creates a body line You can find a soft body line without even knowing. In fact, there are some cases where people who often have stiff shoulders or a stiff neck due to their usual posture can relieve symptoms through salsa dancing.

It's a dance based on fast, upbeat rhythmic music, so if you shake your body all over without getting bored, you'll face moments where your whole body is drenched in sweat. Wouldn't you be surprised to learn that I can sweat so happily even after 30 minutes on a treadmill?

Salsa is a sense of happiness

I'll let you know.

The moment I expressed myself with movements rather than words, I usually had thoughts that I didn't know even if the euphoria of salsa came from that imposing expression. I also learned that that energy has brought me this far. Now I'm going to share that feeling of happiness with all of you. Let's meet in class!
