💙 Nordic food expert Swedish Sara

Growing up in a laid-back FIKA culture, I naturally learned how to make a variety of fikabröds (sweet bread, sweets, etc.). Since I was a kid, I've been interested in baking, so I've taught myself various recipes and principles of baking. I'm happiest when I invite my friends to FIKA for homemade desserts, and I think this simple yet intense conversation time is a necessary moment for anyone living in modern society.

Since 2018, the Korean branch of a Nordic food company has been introducing Nordic food culture to Korea through content, and thanks to this, I was able to learn about Nordic foods that Korean customers like. In the future, I'd like to study more about baking, share my stories through baking, and listen to stories from various people:)

💛 Swedish lifestyle designer Do-hee

In fact, I randomly left for Sweden in 2016 because I wanted to get away from my busy and competitive life. I originally left with the goal of settling down, but I realized the nature of happiness while living in Sweden. The core of Swedish people's happiness is not the country called Sweden itself, but the attitude of living a balanced life without losing sight of time with important people in my life and the happiness of everyday life. I came back to Korea to live by doing what I learned from Sweden, where I had fled.

I think everyone has the power to inspire through stories. I too am gaining courage and a new perspective on life by listening to stories from various people. Therefore, since 2016, I have been introducing Nordic culture to Korea through Kakao brunch and lectures. I always felt like I was being chased in Korea, and after studying in Sweden, I found a way to live a happier life. Now that I'm taking a break at my own pace and actively pursuing Swedish Lagom in my life, I've learned that happiness isn't far away:)
