Yena's own step box class!

Hello, I'm Jena Tutor! I'm so happy to officially introduce my first step box class in class 101 ☺️ I have put my heart and soul into preparing, so I have no doubt that you will be very satisfied if you join my class!

Are you worried about the noise between floors?

In the Jena Step Box Class, I will show you how to use the step box in a variety of ways to exercise without worrying about interfloor noise!

The step box is easy for anyone to use and even do high-intensity exercises, so I've been looking forward to developing it into my own style and being able to do this step box exercise with many people 🙏🏼 I've never seen it anywhere else with my own step box class 🙌😉

I usually have this kind of trouble while exercising! Haven't you tried it once in a while?

There are many people who enjoy exercising on a daily basis, but there are definitely people who feel bored and not even interested!

Through this class

✔ For those who feel bored with exercise and don't even like to move, learn about the fun of exercise step by step,

✔ For those who want to exercise constantly, but their body doesn't keep up with their mind, aim to create a steady exercise habit,

✔ For those who like to exercise and keep doing it, this class will give you new stimuli and the fun of a different kind of exercise even more!

Make it even more exciting with key actions!

1. Let's learn from the steps (steps).

We walk every day, but I'm sure we've never paid much attention to walking!

Have you ever walked while thinking deeply about your usual gait and the posture of your body when walking?

Just walking can change our bodies for the worse, and we can change them for the better! Steps are the most basic movement in our daily lives! I'm going to focus on how to use it correctly and well to move!

2. Exercise using a foam roller

“Is a foam roller a massage tool?” Use foam rollers in a wider variety of ways with this class. Using the cardio routine with the staff I learned in class, I now have a fun aerobic exercise with a foam roller, and even a cool stretching/massage together.

3. Center shift

The difference between those who are good at exercising and those who cannot exercise depends on how well they use center shift. I think center movement is an essential element when doing exercises other than just for step-box exercises! I'll focus on center movement and use my body to know exactly what kind of central axis I'm going to step with!

4. Develop the ability to control your body and speed of movement!

In my class, I need to adjust the speed for each movement to use all the muscles to the end. Of action Feeling muscle stimulation from beginning to end Fits there Control your body at the right speedI'm going to exercise by doing it!

Stop boring and boring workouts!

Burn calories reliably with an exciting dance fit!

I mix dance, music, and exercise Easy and fun exercises for everyoneI've been trying to create a variety of exercises with the goal of making. This “Step Box Dance Fit” class is an exercise created based on my research and teaching experience over a long period of time while continuing to dance and exercise. Program presented for the first time in Class 101This is it! That much An unrivaled workout you can't find anywhere elseI want to say that 😉

There's no right answer to exercise, and there are so many different types of exercise. In order to perform any exercise well, the first thing you need to do is to develop physical strength in your body first, and then you have to develop it step by step as if you were carrying out a mission. In my class, I experienced everything from the beginning to the end of the workoutYou can do it, and there A very attractive class with an element of funIt's going to be!

Confidence in body and mind that changes with class!

I want everyone who takes my classes to move in a proud manner everywhere!

Even one small movement of each person can determine whether that person is active, passive and reserved, and even their personality! If you change the overall movement of your body, you will also experience positive changes in your mind and mind. There are changes in my body that make me beautiful through exercise, but in addition to that, I would like to be able to feel more confident and proud of myself! 🙌😉

I'm really happy to have the opportunity to communicate and exercise with all of you through a new exercise ☺️ Be sure to join my class May you find the vitality and joy of everyday life while sweating refreshingly I hope! Thank you 😊
