“The real reason!” of a stiff neck and tight shoulders DID YOU KNOW?

Edit Image Info

Have you been bothered all day long because of your stiff neck?
Did you have trouble sitting for a long time because your back hurts?
Were your shoulders stiff and you had trouble raising your arms?

Did you spend the whole day watching and using tools that are good for massages, and it only lasted a while? If you don't know the root cause of the imbalance, you'll end up with the same problem.

The offender of upper body imbalance is the lower body!

Here's why no matter how hard you try, the feeling of stiffness doesn't go away. Because the cause lies elsewhere. Leg problems cause pelvic problems, and pelvic problems eventually extend to the neck. If you don't understand these principles, exercise will only have very little effect.

Those who are stressed all day long due to discomfort! You've come to the right place.

Those who are stressed by feeling stiff all day
People who haven't been able to sit in a chair for a long time because of their back
Those who find it difficult to raise their arms due to clumped shoulders
Those with stone-hard trapezius muscles

It's not enough to go to the hospital... but don't hold back. If you don't address the root cause first, the symptoms will get worse.

I experienced it myself! Proper body balance know-how

I'm an aerobics athlete. I experienced all the injuries that caused my spine and shoulders to twist and my pelvis to rotate while performing far more movements than the average person. It was painful, but I did a lot of experiments to get my original body back. I will share with you the “principles of body study” that I learned by bumping into each other!

10 minutes a day is enough!

It's really hard to exercise while going to work or doing housework. If it's a tiring day They say, “Today is fine for a day or so,” and they put it off. 10 minutes a day is enough. We have prepared a curriculum that you can follow every day without putting it off any longer.
