Split is one of the easiest ways for people with bad postures to feel the effect of exercising. Bad habits like slouching all day at work, or bending over to look at smartphones may lead to muscle imbalance and even pain.

In order to do a split, not only must the lower body be flexible, but the upper body must also be straightened. Just through stretching, you will improve your posture and reduce the pain.

You do a front split by splitting your legs back and forth. You'll be mainly using bigger muscles that you didn't use doing side splits from the first class, such as your iliopsoas muscles, hamstrings, and meso gluteus. Using these rarely used muscles will remove the body waste around your pelvis and help you feel refreshed!

Step 1. Flex Your Hamstrings with Sit/Stand and Reach

As your hamstrings stretch, it naturally makes side split easier. If you're preparing for physical exams required by a job or school, I promise you'll get the record you'll be extremely proud of.


Step 2. Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced Steps to Front Split

You will never be forced to stretch further. Instead, I will teach you how to relax your muscles and take control of both your upper and lower body, in order to prevent any injury. Follow these steps intently, and your body will become flexible.


Step 3. Doing the 'Front Split'

You don't consider yourself flexible? You assume that flexibility is not your thing? Don't worry! You can still do it!


Step 4. Aroma Massage to Relax your Rired Body


Muscles that are rarely used may get tired after stretching. Relax them with self-massage. Take good care of your body parts, from head, neck, shoulders, calves, to soles.

1. Yoga mat 6mm

2. Yoga mat 10mm

- Connect the cable type C head to the USB Type-C port of the device you want to connect (smartphone, laptop, tablet PC)

- Connect the cable HDMI head to the monitor or TV port

- Make sure the TV/monitor is connected to HDMI mode in external input mode


  • Make sure that the TV or monitor you are using is equipped to support HDMI output.
