Hallo I'm Yeram Sam, a professional trainer.

Currently, I'm working as a professional health trainer. I've met so many students while doing this job. Since all of the students have different body shapes, jobs, and exercise times, we have been researching effective exercise methods according to them and have been working on them until now.


Below are just a few of the many questions I received during my workout.

A lot of people ask me this question before starting a workout.

I'm a fully formed body too!

I didn't have this kind of body from the beginning either. Still, since I was a kid, I thought it would be better than the average person who didn't exercise while doing ballet and dance sports, but one day I watched a video of a fitness competition and changed my mind.


I still haven't forgotten that look. It was so beautiful.


After that day, I signed up for a fitness center and started doing weights, and for the first time I started a diet. Then the wrong eating habits that had been around since ballet began to be fixed, and as I began to gain muscle strength, I noticed that my body lines changed.


So I became a little more greedy and got ready for the competition.

The picture you're looking at right now is from my competition. I worked really hard and prepared for 6 months, and this is how I got to live my second life.

Maybe it's possible because I've been exercising for a long time? Is there anyone who thinks that? Absolutely not. It was really hard for me too.

However, as I exercised, I could see my body change, and I felt that my self-esteem naturally increased, and my mind became healthier.

In order for the trainer to achieve the student's goals, accurate guidance is important, but I think it is also important to keep up with the enthusiasm and will that the students first felt every time they are shaken. When a student wants to give up halfway, I'll hold them firmly by their side and help them finish to the end.

Step2 There is also an order for exercises!

Exercises also have an order. From stretching, which is the most basic exercise, to core exercises that balance the upper and lower body! In addition, I will definitely tell you about the overall exercise, not just emphasizing any specific area, to gross muscle exercises that hold the entire body line.

Step3 The relationship between exercise and injury is totally different!

When you first exercise, the last thing you worry about is injury. Most people continue to exercise without knowing the difference between muscle pain and injury. Therefore, I put my own know-how into this class so that you can avoid injuries as much as possible by teaching exercises with accurate knowledge and posture.

Step4 The life behind the scenes is hip!

Hip muscles are essential muscles not only for aesthetic purposes, but also for creating a healthy body balance. If your hip muscles degenerate, you may experience gait problems or knee pain. So be sure to do butt strengthening exercises! It's a necessary exercise. And we can't give up on our backs, right?
