It is an exercise routine that can be carried out casually and does not require special tools.

The routine was fully structured by learning typical home training movements such as squats, deadlifts, arm walking, and push-ups, and exercises to balance the upper and lower body, and exercises to train the body.


The first week is for proper alignment and basic movements, and in the second week, exercises to balance the upper and lower body,

In the 3rd week, difficult aerobic and strength exercises such as burpees and mountain climbing lunges, which burn a lot of calories,

In the fourth week, you'll learn a body fat management routine to return the gained weight back to its place, and strength training and strength training for a slim, firm body.
