About the class
As an office worker, 4 cups of coffee a day are basic, and when I see the snacks I pick up and eat from time to time, I feel that I am far from healthy. I also take all the nutritional supplements that are good for the body, but... Am I doing a good job? This class is for those who want to learn about health and don't know where or what to start with when studying economics. You can fill in basic skills in various fields related to eating habits, such as nutrition, eating behavior, and foods you are usually exposed to (coffee, alcohol, nutritional supplements). After attending the class, check your eating habits together so that you can choose a diet and nutritional supplements that meet your standards, and take tips on how to modify your lifestyle!
Course effect
- If you stick to all the hip-focused classes, you'll have your own stretching routine.
- Having an abs line is a bonus! The discomfort you usually feel in your lower back will be reduced.
- You'll gain understanding and confidence in lower body exercises.

- Your hips will be more developed than your thighs, so your legs will be smooth and your hips will be more assertive.

2 reasons why this class is special
❶ It can grow unconditionally. Because I did it too!
That HIP everyone wants! Before I explain what's special about hip intensive classes, please take a look at the before and after photos ^^
What's special about this class is [if you do it, I can do it too]. If I can grow hips like this with a height of 178 cm with longer muscles than average, any woman with an average height in Korea who is smaller than me can make her hips prettier than me. I actually captured the structure of 30 lessons in an offline class.
Furthermore, my curriculum is not a class that focuses only on appearance. This is a class where you will feel satisfied with yourself as you move your body and sweat through stretching, core, and hip exercises with me. If that sense of satisfaction continues to build up, before you know it, you will become a person with high self-esteem who loves and cares for you a lot.
❷ Stretch+core+hip! For exercises that only make your “hips” bigger!
Although it is a hip exercise class, it includes stretching and core exercises to support hip exercises.
The more flexible and the better the range of motion, the prettier the muscles. As hips lift and grow, I'm sure there's no one who wants a body shape where the thighs stand out more than the hips. Therefore, we must stretch our lower body sufficiently evenly. We've prepared a separate chapter where you can stretch all the muscles needed for hip exercises.
Also, the core is the first muscle you need when doing hip exercises, upper body exercises, yoga, and Pilates. If you start from the hips without straining your core at first, not only will your body shape change, but you will not be free from pain. A complete curriculum was created by preparing separate chapters with exercise movements that beginners can learn from endless core exercises.

Nageum Jung
Hello, I'm Jung Na-geum, a trainer who teaches exercises to strengthen the mind.
I was also a noob () dongi (). Like all tall women, my height was long and I was thin and obese, with no curves, and only a lot of visceral fat.
Do you remember when Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner set global trends? I wanted to have that kind of body too. Even if it wasn't as good as Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, I thought it would be different enough from now, so let's try it, I went to a lot of random one-day hipsters and did hip exercises every day. At the time, I didn't know that core and stretching were as important as hip exercises. I knew it was important, but I wasn't aware of it until I felt it was painful and my body shape changed. My back pain and stiff body were so frustrating and disappointing while getting stuck in hip exercises. Starting from the beginning, I learned again the basics of movement, how to breathe, how to use the core, and even stretching. As I studied and practiced over and over again, I came up with my own routine.
If you stick to this lesson and repeat the routine class 2-3 times, the way you use your body will feel slightly different.
