2 reasons why this class is special
❶ Everything for pregnant women and caregivers
Childbirth is said to be a process in which both a child and mother are born anew. This is a class that provides practical information so that pregnant women can comfortably accept their changes and take care of themselves. It contains everything pregnant women and caregivers need to know, from recovery after childbirth to the role of caregivers.
❷ Systematic curriculum to prepare for safe delivery
The better you understand and prepare for the birth process, the less you are afraid of giving birth. During the birth process, the mother should help the child to come out through proper breathing and uterine contraction. Since uterine muscles can also be strengthened through exercise, the harder you prepare for uterine exercises and breathing before delivery, the easier the delivery process will be.
All the essential preparation courses for a safe delivery are available in class.

Pregnancy and childbirth do not pay much attention to until they become involved, so many people are at a loss as to what information they should receive when preparing for pregnancy and after pregnancy. Those who lack accurate knowledge about pregnancy and childbirth will spend their pregnancy with fear rather than excitement.
It's natural to feel uncertain and anxious about information you're not familiar with. However, once knowledge is acquired, fear turns into passion and excitement. This course includes everything you need to know about prenatal, postnatal, and postnatal care.
The plan was based on the actual concerns and experiences of women who gave birth safely and healthily while taking exercise classes for pregnant women with me. It covers everything from increasing the chances of getting pregnant to what families should do before, during, and during pregnancy and childbirth.
