Hello, I'm James, Global Insa! I became the youngest dance fitness instructor in Korea in 2013 and have been teaching dance fitness classes for 9 years. Teaching exercise using various music and dance from around the world is a great passion for me who loves world culture and travel. Until now, while teaching classes, my Enthusiasm and happy energySharing has become a priority as important to me as the benefits of dieting. What does dance fitness mean to me?

Until now, I haven't experienced an exercise that is as fun to do as dance fitness. When I was in high school, I took a dance fitness class with a native speaker from the US, and my teacher invited me to become a lecturer, so I became a lecturer.

I think that if the instructors themselves work on the class with a happy heart, the participants can also enjoy themselves. My happy energy is transmitted, and the sight of you dancing happily in class makes me very happy. In particular, I felt most rewarding when a member who had never danced told me that he didn't know if dancing was such a happy thing after taking my class. It would be a really happy world if you joined me in the cycle of happiness and sent happy energy to all of you, right? 😁

Since I was a child, my passion has been to travel the world, experience different cultures, and meet diverse people. My motto Global in 'Cultivating Lifestyle' means not only 'international' but also 'comprehensive (artistic)It also has the meaning of”. Dance, which is one of my diverse interests, is truly a universal language that allows me to communicate more closely with diverse people around the world. With such passion, I would like to share with you my know-how that I have experienced with locals in 22 countries so far!
