Breathing and body as one,
Create a smooth body and mind with deep and safe breath yoga.

This is a breath yoga with long band class where you can experience a full sequence of breath yoga by Jang Min-hee of Yoga Wave, director of Yoga Wave. Respiratory yoga, based on ashtanga and hatha exercises, focuses strength on the core, softens breathing, and can smoothly release the body and mind connected to breathing. When breathing and our body are connected through breath yoga, it can lead to a meditative experience.

This class will guide you to deeper practice by adding a long band to this breathing yoga. If you use a yoga band with constant elasticity, you can more easily connect body movements to the rhythm of breathing. We will teach you not only practical techniques for using tools, but also basic anatomical principles necessary to approach asanas.

We have prepared the classes so that you can use it not only for personal breathing yoga training, but also for teaching a sum-yoga program. I hope it helps you a lot in your training.

There are 2 reasons why this class is special


❶ A full breath yoga sequence completed by building up each movement


It is a curriculum consisting of the anterior sinus section, the posterior section, the breathing section, and the breathing flow section, and you can learn how to approach Asana (Asana) in detail. In the final chapter, you can experience the full flow together through 60 minutes of full squence.

You can feel the antarabanda (internal strength) using the band, and since the core forces are connected through the action and reaction of the force to continue the excavation, you can notice the feeling of approaching the asana using total strength rather than partial strength.


❷ Deep and safe body alignment even for yoga beginners

We have prepared breath yoga using a long band so that you can maintain proper alignment even on your own. People who practice yoga alone without an instructor may lose their alignment and even get injured. The program is designed so that the practitioners themselves can find and maintain proper body alignment through the support of a yoga band with moderate elasticity. Q. 요가를 시작하게 된 계기는 무엇인가요?

2003년~2010년까지 인도 여행을 했는데, 그곳에서 인도인들이 요가가 다이어트에 좋다고 하여 시작하게 되었습니다.


Q. 전 세계 사람이 요가를 한다면 세상은 어떻게 변화될 것 같은가요?

전 세계 사람들이 요가를 하게 된다면 인간관계에 대한 두려움보다 모두가 함께라는 의미에 대해 알아가는것을 더 즐거워 할 것 같아요.


Q.크리에이터님은 어떤 요가를 가장 좋아하시나요?

어떤 요가를 좋아한다기 보다는 요가를 할 때 몰입이 되어 마음이 고요해진 상태를 좋아합니다.


Q.요가 수련을 하면서 느끼는 감정이나 생각을 공유해주세요

나 자신이 작은 존재라는 것을 알아차리지만 또한 작은 존재로서도 전체와 연결되어 있음이 느껴집니다. 이러한 느낌을 가졌을때 우주와 함께 흘러가는 큰 흐름 속에 내 존재가 위치하고 있음을 알아가게 됩니다.


Q. 마지막으로 수강생에게 하고 싶은 이야기

신의 놀이 라는 뜻의 산스크리트어를 '릴라'라고 합니다. '우리는 놀이하는 우주 속에 살고 있다' 라고 합니다. 이번 클래스를 놀이처럼 즐겁게 경험하시기를 바랍니다. 여러분의 삶에도 릴라가 지속적으로 흐르길 바랍니다
