Hello~! This is Jayonii.


When I suddenly quit the dance I had always performed while working in a girl group due to the sudden disbandment of my girl group, I realized the great aerobic effect of dancing. Since I stopped dancing every day, I gained a lot of weight even if I ate a little.

I wanted to lose weight and get in shape more professionally, so I got into the fitness field and worked as a fitness model, creator, and trainer.

I learned about strength training.

Then, when I was preparing for a fitness competition, I realized that cardio was too hard and boring.

I thought, "What could I do to make my workouts more fun?" and that's how Dance Fitness was born.

It combines the best of dance and strength training with upbeat music!
